Emergencies
What we see most days
Severe toothache
Pain that's keeping you up, or won't settle with painkillers
Swelling or abscess
Facial swelling, a gum boil, or a bad taste that won't shift
Broken or chipped tooth
Including sharp edges cutting your tongue or cheek
Lost filling or crown
We'll re-secure or rebuild it and stop the sensitivity
Knocked-out tooth
Come straight in. Time really matters with this one.
Wisdom tooth pain
Assessment, relief, and a plan for what to do next
Bleeding or sore gums
Sudden bleeding, soreness, or gums that have flared up
Denture problems
Breakages, rubbing, and sore spots
Pain after treatment elsewhere
We'll see you even if the work was done somewhere else
Nervous patients
If the dentist is the last place you want to be
- A lot of people put off calling because they're frightened, not because the pain isn't bad enough. We understand that, and we're set up for it.
- Our dentists are Dental Phobia Certified, independently assessed on how we look after anxious patients.
- We've got options, you don't have to just grit your teeth and get through it.

IV sedation
- You stay conscious and able to respond, but deeply relaxed throughout
- For patients who'd rather not remember much of it
- Suitability is always assessed by the dentist first
The Wand
- Delivers anaesthetic slowly and steadily instead of in one push
- Most patients find it far more comfortable than a traditional syringe
Inhalation sedation
- Also known as laughing gas
- Takes the edge off and wears off quickly
- You can usually drive yourself home
How it works
Three steps, starting with one phone call
01
Call us
Tell us what's happened. We'll ask a few quick questions to work out how urgent it is.
02
Come in
We'll find you the earliest slot we've got, same day wherever we can.
03
Leave with a plan
Out of pain where possible, with a written plan and clear costs for anything else you need.
While you wait
What to do while you're waiting
General guidance only. It's not a substitute for being seen, and it won't fix the underlying problem.
New patients
Not an emergency, but overdue a check-up?
Our new patient appointment is currently £39, and it's a proper look at everything, not a quick glance.
- A full examination with a dentist
- An OPG scan, the wide X-ray that shows all your teeth, jaw joints and bone in one image, where the dentist decides it's needed
- An oral cancer screening
- A written treatment plan built around what you actually want
Offer available to new private patients. Subject to availability and clinical need. Terms apply.
Reviews
What patients say
Years of dreading going to the dentist, took the plunge to change and the team here are amazing. Strongly recommend, now getting the family to join as well.
After a problem arose I managed to get a same day appointment with the dentist. i had an x-ray which identified the issue and a plan of action was agreed. this gave me peace of mind within 4 hours of contacting the practice. Great service
A lovely Practice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am really very pleased with my hygienist who does a thorough job with keeping my gum disease at bay!
